The KU School of Business Offers A New Certificate 

The University of Kansas Business school is offering a new certificate in professional selling.  The Certificate In Professional Selling is open to any KU student who is looking to have a successful career in consultative selling. Graduates of the program will help consumers and businesses define their needs, understand and evaluate buying options, facilitate effective purchase decisions, and forge enduring relationships. It is also designed to signal competency and interest to potential employers. 

Grave Sullivan, a senior in the Journalism school, and the KU Sales Club president said this about the program. “I created relationships that led to my internship, and now job, that have benefited me in the long run. I have things to talk about that I am proud of being a part of.”

The University of Kansas is a major comprehensive research and teaching university. The university’s mission is to lift students and society by educating leaders, building healthy communities, and making discoveries that change the world.
